Michael Flynn KC practises principally in the areas of taxation, administrative law, trusts and commercial law. He is a chartered accountant, was national president of the Tax Institute in 2014 , teaches CGT Problems in Practice and Civil Appeals in the postgraduate law program at Melbourne University and was a Business Member of the Companies Auditors Disciplinary Board from March 2023 to March 2026.
