Eitan Makowski

Profile

Eitan's practice is wide and varied, and includes all personal injury common law (trial and appellate work), statutory compensation and insurance law, and administrative law including judicial review of Medical Panel decisions. This includes WorkCover litigation, TAC litigation, public liability litigation, intentional torts (in particular, sexual and other abuse) and medical negligence. 

He is available to appear and advise both plaintiffs and defendants, in all Courts and Tribunals, as well as to prepare pleadings and other documentation. 

In March 2011 he completed his Master of Laws at Melbourne University, focusing on negligence, equity, remedies, defamation, litigation and advocacy.

Eitan is a past member of the New Barristers’ Committee.
