Bill has extensive experience in appearing at both Trials and Appeals (Supreme Court of Victoria and Federal Court of Australia – including special leave applications), in the following areas of practice:

Bill acts across both Federal and State taxation matters, regularly advising and appearing in disputes involving:

· Superannuation – SMSFs, tax treatment of superannuation benefits, and compliance matters.
