Bill holds Honours degrees in Law and Arts from Melbourne University. He was admitted in 1991 and worked with Blake Dawson Waldron, as a corporate solicitor with ANZ and then as a senior associate at Allens Arthur Robinson. He is a lecturer in Property Transactions in The Melbourne JD program run by the University of Melbourne Law School.
