John conducts a busy commercial litigation practice in the Supreme Court of Victoria, the Federal Court and the Supreme Court of NSW. Recently his practice has included a wide range of banking and finance cases; issues arising out of corporate insolvency such as preference actions and liability of directors for insolvent training; Part V of the Trades Practices Act; professional negligence and cases involving principles of restitution generally. John has experience and has appeared in revenue matters and various large and long running commercial trials.
