Justin is an experienced trial advocate and litigator who advises and appears across a broad range of commercial disputes.
He acts in matters involving contracts, insurance, trusts, claims in equity (and succession law matters), insolvency - both corporate and personal, as well as matters concerning corporate governance, members’ rights and directors’ duties. Justin regularly advises on property and leasing disputes, trade practices, professional negligence claims, and class actions.
Justin has been recognised in Doyles Guide, including in Leading Commercial Litigation & Dispute Resolution Senior Counsel – Victoria 2026.
He is the Chair of the Victorian Bar’s Art and Collections Committee and a director of the Peter O’Callaghan QC Gallery Foundation.
