Justin has broad experience acting in a range of commercial matters.  

He advises and appears in disputes concerning trusts, claims in equity, contractual disputes, corporations, leases and property, trade practices, professional negligence claims and representative proceedings (class actions).

His experience extends to complex litigation conducted in State Supreme Courts and Courts of Appeal, the Federal Court (including the Full Federal Court) and the High Court, as well as having acted in smaller, more focussed, disputes.
