Reegan has a general commercial law practice. She has a breadth of experience in matters involving corporations and insolvency law as well as trusts, equity and probate law and represents clients across a range of industries.
Reegan appears led and unled in both Victorian and Federal courts in contested trials and applications. She is also available to draw Court documents for and advise on a wide range of commercial, insolvency, trusts and probate disputes.
In 2025, Reegan was recognised in the Doyle's Guide list of Leading Wills & Estates Litigation Barristers (Victoria) and Leading Insolvency & Restructuring Junior Counsel (Victoria).

Reegan has appeared in and advised on matters arising under the Corporations Act 2001 and Bankruptcy Act 1966 for insolvency practitioners, debtors and creditors alike. Her experience includes statutory demands, opposing winding up/sequestration orders, derivative actions, assignments of choses of action, recovery proceedings (including voidable transactions such as unfair preference claims), judicial advice for liquidators as well as approval of remuneration applications.
Reegan has a wealth of experience in trusts and probate matters, stemming from her experience as an Associate at the Supreme Court of Victoria during which time she assisted with complex trusts, equity and probate matters. Since coming to the Bar, she has appeared in matters including breach of trust and fiduciary duty, construction of trust deeds and wills, removal of trustees and executors, contested probate caveats, statutory wills, and judicial advice applications under Order 54 of the Supreme Court (General Civil Procedure) Rules 2015.
Reegan was a member of the Victorian Bar Council in 2019-2020 (category C). She has been a member of the Student Engagement Committee and the ADR Committee. She is currently a member of the New Barristers' Committee.
Prior to coming to her Associateship and coming to the Bar, Reegan was the Principal Researcher for the Asian Law Centre (Japan Program). She also did research at the Centre for Corporate Law and Securities Regulation at Melbourne Law School, and published articles with Professor Ian Ramsay and Associate Professor Stacey Steele. Reegan holds a Masters of Law and Juris Doctor from the University of Melbourne. She is an Associate of the Asian Law Centre and was also an Honorary Fellow of Melbourne Law School, having co-taught Insolvency Law in the Juris Doctor Program with Michael Gronow KC.
In addition to her legal qualifications, Reegan holds a Bachelor of Arts with First Class Honours, majoring in Japanese and Politics, from the University of Queensland. She worked for the Japanese government (Kobe City) for 3 years and is fluent in Japanese.
