Profile

Ben has a common law personal injury practice with a particular focus on medical negligence. He acts for both plaintiffs and defendants. His practice extends to public liability, institutional abuse, and police torts.

Ben also accepts briefs to appear in coronial inquests and disciplinary proceedings concerning health professionals.

Prior to coming to the Bar, Ben was a Registered Nurse. He has had significant clinical experience in intensive care and mental health.
