Kieran Bowling

Profile

Kieran is a commercial barrister with a broad commercial litigation practice and particular expertise in construction and infrastructure disputes. He appears in all Victorian courts, VCAT and domestic arbitrations, including in trials, interlocutory applications and injunctions.

Kieran acts in a broad range of commercial disputes, including contractual, property, insurance, negligence and Australian Consumer Law matters. His construction and infrastructure practice includes disputes concerning:

• defects and rectification;
• delay and disruption;
• security of payment and judicial review;
• contractual rights and obligations; and
• negligence and professional liability.

Prior to joining the Bar, Kieran was a Senior Associate in the Construction & Projects team at Maddocks.  Earlier, he practised in the Building & Construction team at Rigby Cooke.
