Kieran Bowling

Kieran Bowling specialises in commercial, construction and insurance disputes, and appears in commercial courts, arbitrations and mediations across Australia. He also acts in matters involving security of payment legislation.

His experience includes substantial and complex construction disputes. Before joining the Bar, Kieran worked as a Senior Associate in the Construction & Projects team at Maddocks, acting for all levels of government clients in complex defect and delay claims, and substantive claims under security of payment legislation. Earlier, he practised in the Building & Construction team at Rigby Cooke.

Kieran also accepts briefs in criminal law and common law.
