Randy practises primarily in commercial and common law. She also accepts briefs in regulatory law, class actions, and quasi-criminal matters.
Before coming to the Bar, she was a senior associate at Holding Redlich and previously, Associate to the Honourable Justice Attiwill at the Supreme Court of Victoria. At Holding Redlich, Randy had a broad commercial disputes practice and acted for clients in complex contractual disputes in the commodities, banking and finance and professional services sectors. She also had a significant public inquiries practice, having represented clients involved in the Royal Commission into Defence and Veteran Suicide, Liverpool City Council Public Inquiry and, the Commission of Inquiry into the CFMEU and Misconduct in the Construction Industry.
Randy has a particular interest in insurance law and major torts. She started her career at Wotton + Kearney and advised on both personal injury and policy coverage matters.
