Ivana Pajic

Profile

Ivana practises principally in common law personal injury litigation, acting for both plaintiffs and defendants. Her practice encompasses medical negligence, WorkCover, TAC, public liability, dust-related claims, intentional torts and coronial inquiries.

Ivana has extensive experience in personal injury litigation, having developed a broad practice across statutory benefits, common law claims and complex litigation. She has acted in significant and complex claims, with experience in trial preparation, negotiation, interlocutory advocacy and pre-litigation work, and has also acted in matters proceeding to speedy trial and Coronial Inquests.

Ivana practises in medical negligence and has developed a particular interest in the forensic and evidentiary issues that arise in this area. Her broader personal injury practice also includes dust-related claims and intentional torts.

Ivana enjoys the strategic and forensic aspects of preparing matters for trial, as well as the negotiation and resolution of disputes where an early outcome is appropriate.

She holds Specialist Accreditation in Personal Injury Law from the Law Institute of Victoria.
