Kelly Naphtali

Profile

Kelly was previously a Partner at Kirkland & Ellis in Hong Kong, specialising in commercial litigation and insolvency. Her practice included disputes in court and arbitration dealing with contract, private equity investment, shareholder disputes, directors' duties, professional negligence, debt recovery, judgment enforcement and fraud.

Kelly has significant experience advising on complex commercial cross-border disputes and insolvency proceedings. Her work often involved urgent injunction applications and the appointment of receivers and other external administrators.

She has a particular interest in matters involving alleged fraudulent or dishonest conduct in corporate and commercial settings.

Kelly also practises in Wills & Estates, including matters involving contested estates and estate-related claims. Most recently Kelly worked at KCL Law, where she was Special Counsel in the Estate group.

Kelly brings a pragmatic, commercially focussed approach, with an emphasis on clear advice and effective resolution.
