Newsflash: The Banks win special leave to appeal Bell Group to the High Court

As Carrie Rome-Sievers has just posted, the Western Australian Bell Group case is off to the High Court, following a grant of special leave this morning. Although the special leave questions are not reported, it may be that the High Court will take the opportunity to resolve some of the thorny issues involved in Barnes v Addy claims.
