Greens List is pleased to announce list member Adrian Muller has been appointed as a Judicial Registrar to the Commercial Division of the County Court.
Judicial Registrar Muller commenced practice in 2002 as an articled clerk and then solicitor at Slater and Gordon, working in the commercial litigation group. He was admitted on 23 April 2003.
Judicial Registrar Muller went to the Bar in November 2010, where he read with Judge Woodward.
He is an experienced trial advocate, having acted for both plaintiffs and defendants in class actions, directors' and trustees' liability claims, professional liability disputes, insurance law (including total and permanent disability claims), insolvency, fiduciary and fraud-related actions, banking and finance disputes, corporate control disputes (including shareholder oppression), employment and industrial law, and general commercial disputes.
