Greens List is pleased to announce that list member and intellectual property expert, Andrew Sykes, has been appointed to the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (“UDRP”) panel of the Czech Arbitration Court (“CAC”) in Prague. CAC is one of five arbitration centres in the world accredited by global internet domain names regulator, ICANN, for UDRP disputes. This is Mr Sykes’ second appointment as an arbitrator upon an overseas UDRP arbitration panel, having being appointed to the UDRP panel of the Asian Domain Name Dispute Resolution Centre in Hong Kong in May 2016. He one of three Australians to be appointed to the panel and the second member of our list, the other being Neil Brown Q.C
