List member Tim Donaghey has published a new case notes focusing on an area of workplace law.
The casenote is: Skelton v Commonwealth of Australia (trading as Australian Bureau of Statistics) [2023] FedFamC2G 89 (15 February 2023). This case is considers discrimination under section 351 of the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) (‘FW Act’), on a basis not usually considered by Courts, namely for the expression of a political opinion.
