Barrister Tim Donaghey has prepared two new papers that focus on an area of workplace law analysing recent decisions or decisions which are likely to be applied widely.
The first is a paper on the expansion of accessory liability in general protection claims made under the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth), which you can view here.
The second is a casenote of a 2018 decision handed down by the Full Court of the Federal Court dealing with the meaning of ‘casual employment’ and consequential relief such as compensation and penalties. The casenote explores the implications of the Court’s findings, which you can view here.
