Felicity Gerry QC has advised on the case of Zak Grieve featured in the Australian this week and her small Indigenous Justice and Exoneration Project in the #NT is still trying to help. The investigation by Dan Box is featured in his compelling documentary for The Australian on the injustices of accessorial liability and mandatory sentencing. Felicity is quoted in Dan's feature articles on the cruelty of mandatory sentencing. She appeared in the ground breaking case of R v Jogee in the UK Supreme Court which corrected the common law on joint enterprise.
